Steeping

Here are the steeping instructions for each type of tea:

🌱 Rooibos Tea

Water temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C)

Steep time: 5-7 minutes

Tips: Rooibos doesn’t get bitter, so feel free to steep longer for a stronger flavor.

🍃 Green Tea

Water temperature: 170-185°F (77-85°C)

Steep time: 2-3 minutes

Tips: Green tea can get bitter if steeped too long, so keep an eye on the time for the perfect cup!

Black Tea

Water temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C)

Steep time: 3-5 minutes

Tips: For a stronger cup, steep for the full 5 minutes, but be careful as over-steeping can lead to bitterness.

🌸 Herbal Tea

Water temperature: 200-212°F (93-100°C)

Steep time: 5-10 minutes

Tips: Since herbal teas don’t contain caffeine, you can steep them longer to bring out all the flavors and benefits.

Steeping your tea correctly brings out its best flavor and maximizes the health benefits. Enjoy!
